Tower 25

Tower 25, also known as The White Walls, is a striking high-rise in central Nicosia, Cyprus, designed by renowned architect Jean Nouvel. Standing at 62 meters, it is the eleventh-tallest building in the country and features a unique architectural style with full-length balconies and a façade designed for natural ventilation. The building houses offices for Ernst & Young on the lower floors, while the upper levels offer luxurious apartments with stunning views of the city, including a penthouse inspired by traditional Cypriot architecture. Completed in 2013 at a cost of €25 million, Tower 25 is strategically located near the Venetian fortifications and the modern Eleftheria Square, making it a key landmark in Nicosia's urban landscape.
