Building at 306 South Second Street

The Building at 306 South Second Street is a historic industrial site in Bellevue, Iowa, notable for its mid-19th century limestone architecture. Constructed in 1859, it originally served as a pork processing plant, contributing to the local economy by shipping salt pork via the Mississippi River. Over the years, it has been repurposed for various uses, including a creamery, saloon, and residence.
