The Pearl - former Pearl Brewery turned cultural district

The Pearl is a mixed-use campus developed on the site of the historic Pearl Brewery and anchors a major culinary and cultural district north of downtown. The site includes a year-round farmers market, a concentration of restaurants and bars, event spaces, and the Culinary Institute of America’s San Antonio campus. Adaptive reuse of brewery buildings, including Hotel Emma, has made the Pearl a center for food, festivals, and community gatherings.
