This two-story 'L-shaped' clapboard structure features a central double piazza supported by elegant Tuscan columns. Enlarged around 1850, the property also boasts unique granite gate posts adorned with folk art reliefs, believed to be crafted by Union soldier J. E. Sherman in 1861.
