Columbia Center / Sky View Observatory

Columbia Center (701 5th Ave) houses the Sky View Observatory on one of the building's upper floors and offers panoramic views of downtown Seattle, Elliott Bay, and Mount Rainier on clear days. Photographs and time‑lapse videos taken from the observatory are frequently posted and circulated online because of the tower's status as the tallest in Seattle. The observatory is a documented attraction for skyline and cityscape photography.
