Peralta Adobe & Fallon House

The Peralta Adobe, built around 1797, is the oldest building remaining in San Jose and is preserved alongside the Victorian-era Fallon House as a house museum. The two historic structures interpret early Spanish colonial and mid-19th-century life in the Pueblo de San José and are maintained and operated by History San José. The site is open for guided tours and educational programs focused on San Jose's early civic and residential history.
