360 Market Square is a striking 27-story residential skyscraper located in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Standing at 290.5 feet tall, it is the third tallest residential building in the city and features a mix of modern amenities, including a Tinker Coffee shop and a Whole Foods grocery store. The building, which cost $121 million to construct, faced various challenges during its development, including soil contamination and structural issues, which delayed its opening. Designed with community input, it reflects a curvilinear architectural style and contributes significantly to the urban landscape of Indianapolis.
