Institute of Texan Cultures (HemisFair Pavilion)

The Institute of Texan Cultures opened as the Texas Pavilion for HemisFair '68 and later became a museum and educational center documenting the cultural histories of Texas communities. Located on the Hemisfair/UTSA campus, the institute hosts rotating exhibitions, public programs, and collections focused on immigrant, indigenous, and regional cultural heritage. It has served as a research and outreach unit affiliated with the University of Texas at San Antonio.
