The Statler - restored midcentury hotel reopened in 2019

The Statler originally opened in 1956 as the Statler Hilton and after decades of varied use underwent an extensive historic renovation and reopened in 2019 as The Statler, a landmark downtown hotel. The redevelopment preserved key midcentury architectural elements while adding new public spaces, restaurants, and event facilities, making it a prominent example of large-scale historic hotel rehabilitation in Dallas.
