The Statler Hotel (historic downtown hotel)

The Statler opened in 1956 as a major downtown hotel and underwent a multi-year restoration before reopening in 2019 as The Statler Dallas, part of Hilton's Curio Collection. The restoration preserved many mid-century design elements while adapting the building for contemporary hospitality use. The hotel contains event spaces and public venues that have made it a visible example of adaptive reuse in downtown Dallas.
