Seaholm Power Plant (Seaholm District landmark)

The Seaholm Power Plant is a decommissioned municipal power station on the west bank of Lady Bird Lake whose site was redeveloped in the 2010s as part of the Seaholm District mixed-use project. The redevelopment preserved portions of the historic plant structure while adding retail, office, residential space, and public plaza areas used for events. The former plant building and adjacent public spaces function as a downtown landmark and gathering place.
