South Superior Union Hall

The South Superior Union Hall, built in 1921 in Superior, Wyoming, is a historic site that reflects the rich heritage of the local coal-mining community. Originally constructed by members of the United Mine Workers, it served various community functions, including housing medical offices, a grocery store, and a bowling alley, while also hosting dances in its upstairs meeting space. After the mines closed in the 1960s, the hall fell into disuse but has since been restored and transformed into an interpretive park, featuring public spaces with displays that highlight its historical significance.
