Beach Ballroom

The Beach Ballroom is a historic art deco venue located on the beach boulevard of Aberdeen, Scotland, built in 1926 and recognized as a Category B listed building. Renowned for its unique dance floor supported by 1,400 steel springs, it has hosted legendary acts such as the Beatles, Pink Floyd, and the Who. The octagonal main dance hall, originally featuring a domed ceiling, connects to the modern Beach Leisure Centre. Recently refurbished, the venue also offers a webcam view of the beach, making it an interesting stop for tourists and researchers alike.
