Old Iloilo City Hall

The Old Iloilo City Hall, now the University of the Philippines Visayas Main Building, is a historic neo-classical structure in Iloilo City, Philippines. Constructed in 1931 and inaugurated in 1936, it served as the city hall until World War II when it was occupied by Japanese soldiers. After the war, it was repurposed as a junior college and underwent significant renovations in the 2010s. The building features notable architectural elements, including bronze statues by Italian sculptor Francesco Riccardo Monti, and currently houses the Center for West Visayan Studies and an art gallery, making it a point of interest for both tourists and researchers.
