Beaumont is a historic house located near Michaux in Powhatan County, Virginia, built in 1811 with a distinctive two-story, five-bay central-passage frame structure and a two-story brick addition from 1839. The property features a charming two-tier portico and has been recognized for its architectural significance, being added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. Once a reform school for boys, it now operates as the Beaumont Learning Center under the Virginia Department of Corrections, making it a site of both historical and educational interest.
