Cunningham–Graham Close

Cunningham–Graham Close is a historic building located at 13–17 High Street in Perth, Scotland. Built in 1699, it is the oldest continually inhabited building in the city and a rare example of architecture that predates the Georgian remodelling of the city centre. The building features a notable monogram above its entrance, representing its namesakes, Robert Graham and Elspeth Cunningham. With three storeys and an attic, it showcases the rich history of Perth. In 2016, it received the Perth Civic Trust Award for a renovation project, highlighting its significance in the community.
