Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is an ambitious supertall skyscraper currently under construction in Dubai's Business Bay, set to reach a height of 557 meters (1,827 feet) with 104 floors and 7 basement levels. Announced in November 2022, this collaboration between Binghatti Properties and luxury jeweler Jacob & Co aims to create the tallest residential building in the world, surpassing New York's Central Park Tower. The design features a striking crown with diamond-shaped spires, and the building will house residential units, including five exclusive penthouses. Construction is expected to begin above ground in February 2025, with sales for residences having started in June 2023.
