Lenthall Houses

The Lenthall Houses, located on the George Washington University campus in Washington, D.C., are historic structures built around 1800 by architect John Lenthall. Originally situated at 19th Street NW, they were relocated and restored in the late 1970s. These Federal-style houses, characterized by their red brick exterior and shared architectural features, have been recognized on the National Register of Historic Places since 1972.
