Shanghai North Bund Center

The Shanghai North Bund Center, also known as the North Bund Tower, is an impressive 480-meter skyscraper currently under construction in the vibrant Hongkou District of Shanghai. Designed by the renowned American architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, this ambitious project will feature 97 stories above ground and four below, making it the tallest building in the Puxi area upon completion. The development is part of a larger redevelopment plan for the North Bund, initiated in May 2020, with construction officially starting on March 24, 2023.
