Charles B. Wang Center

The Charles B. Wang Center, located at Stony Brook University in New York, is a cultural hub dedicated to fostering understanding between Asian and American cultures. Opened in 2002, the center features striking architecture designed by P.H. Tuan, including an 80-foot octagonal tower and beautiful gardens reminiscent of East Asian design. With a spacious interior that includes conference halls, a theater, and an East Asian food court, the center hosts a variety of cultural events, presentations, and exhibitions. It serves as a bridge for scholars, students, and communities to engage in cultural exchange and celebrate diversity.
