Foreman & Clark Building

The Foreman & Clark Building, located at the intersection of Hill Street and 7th Street in Downtown Los Angeles, is a historic landmark built in 1929. Originally serving as the flagship store and corporate offices for the clothing retailer Foreman & Clark until the 1960s, this architectural gem showcases a blend of Art Deco and Gothic styles, designed by the renowned firm Curlett & Beelman. In 2009, it was designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument, and in 2016, it was purchased by Bonnis Properties for $52 million, with plans to convert the former office spaces into apartments, making it a point of interest for both tourists and researchers alike.
