Cambridge Cottage

Cambridge Cottage is a historic former royal residence located in Kew, London, near St Anne's Church and Kew Gardens. Originally associated with Prince Adolphus, Duke of Cambridge, and his son, it reflects the area's royal heritage dating back to the House of Hanover. The mansion, which features a striking portico entrance, was granted to Adolphus by King George III in 1806 and later became a museum of forestry after being donated to Kew Gardens in 1904. Despite its name, it is a grand mansion rather than a cottage and has been a Grade II listed building since 1950, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
