Telangana Secretariat

The Telangana Secretariat, officially named Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat, is the administrative hub for the Government of Telangana located in Hyderabad, India. Opened in 2022, this modern complex was designed by renowned architects and adheres to Green Building Council standards. A striking 125-ft statue of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar stands prominently beside the building. The site has a rich history, previously housing a heritage structure from the Nizam period, and underwent significant redevelopment following the formation of Telangana. The new complex features a blend of Indo-Saracenic and Indo-Islamic architectural styles, making it a notable landmark for visitors and researchers interested in modern governance and architectural design.
