St. Mary's Basilica

St. Mary's Basilica in downtown Phoenix was completed in 1914 and is the city's oldest Catholic parish church. In 1966 the church was elevated to the status of a minor basilica by the Vatican. The basilica is noted for its twin towers, Gothic Revival elements, and long history serving Phoenix's Catholic community.
