Liberty Centre

Liberty Centre, also known as One Liberty Centre, is a prominent 17-story skyscraper located in Portland's Lloyd District. Completed in the late 1990s, it features 285,000 square feet of office space and was developed in partnership with Liberty Northwest Insurance Corporation. The building is notable for its striking lobby adorned with a large painting by renowned artist Sol LeWitt and its convenient access to the MAX light rail system. Over the years, it has housed various tenants, including Liberty Mutual and KinderCare, but faced challenges due to shifts in the commercial real estate market exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The tower is currently on the market following a change in ownership.
