The Hyatt Centric Downtown Portland is a modern 15-story hotel located at the vibrant intersection of Southwest 11th Avenue and Alder Street, having opened its doors in 2020. With 220 well-appointed rooms, this hotel is the first in Hyatt's Centric brand, designed by SERA Architects. It was built on land acquired from United Way of the Columbia-Willamette in 2015. The hotel features the restaurant Masia, which opened in February 2020 but closed permanently in March 2021.
