Edificio Capitol

The Edificio Capitol, also known as Edificio Carrión, is a striking 54-meter tall building located at the intersection of Gran Vía and Calle de Jacometrezo in central Madrid, Spain. Completed in 1933, it showcases a unique blend of expressionist and rationalist architectural styles, making it an iconic landmark of the city. Designed by architects Vicente Eced Eced and Luis Martínez Feduchi, the building is celebrated for its artistic significance and has appeared in various films, including 'El día de la bestia.' In 2018, it was recognized as a Bien de Interés Cultural, highlighting its cultural importance.
