Jenkins. Despite its grandeur, the house was only occupied for a year before becoming vacant and earning its ghostly nickname. It gained fame as a filming location for iconic Hollywood films like 'Sunset Boulevard' and 'Rebel Without a Cause', where it featured a memorable swimming pool scene. The house was demolished in 1957 to make way for the Tidewater Building, but its legacy endures in cinematic history, making it a point of interest for both tourists and film enthusiasts.
