Supreme Court protests during Brett Kavanaugh confirmation

During September–October 2018, sustained protests and vigils took place outside the Supreme Court of the United States during the Senate confirmation process for Brett Kavanaugh. Photographs, livestreams, and user videos from those demonstrations were widely shared and circulated across social-media platforms. Activists used hashtags and online organizing to amplify on-site activities, and many user-uploaded images were republished by news organizations.
