World's Wonder View Tower

The World's Wonder View Tower, located in Genoa, Colorado, was a unique roadside attraction built in the 1920s by C.W. Gregory and Myrtle Le Bow. Standing 65 feet tall, it offered visitors breathtaking views of six states from its summit, making it a notable landmark as the highest point between New York and Denver. The site also featured a museum filled with curiosities, including a two-headed calf, an eight-legged pig, and over 50,000 glass bottles, alongside historic artifacts from the American West and Native American cultures. Although the tower is currently closed following the owner's passing and a subsequent auction of its contents in 2014, it remains a fascinating piece of Colorado's tourist history.
