The Beat Museum and Beat Generation figures

The Beat Museum, located in North Beach, is dedicated to the Beat Generation and preserves artifacts, manuscripts, and memorabilia associated with figures such as Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg, and William S. Burroughs. The museum was founded in 2003 and hosts exhibits, readings, and events focused on Beat writers' lives and works. It occupies space near other Beat landmarks in the same neighborhood that were frequented by those writers.
