The Dairy in the New Garden, located in Potsdam, Germany, is a historic building on the shores of Jungfernsee lake, constructed between 1790 and 1792. Originally built to supply the royal court with dairy products, it features architectural enhancements from the 1840s and 1850s, including a second storey and a distinctive tower. Once a popular restaurant for day trippers, its function was disrupted by World War II and subsequent events. After extensive renovations post-1991, it reopened in 2003 as a brewery and restaurant, making it a unique destination for visitors interested in history and local cuisine.
