Empower Field at Mile High

Empower Field at Mile High opened in 2001 on the site of the former Mile High Stadium and preserved the city's 'Mile High' identity in its name. It is the home stadium of the NFL's Denver Broncos and is used for NFL games, concerts, and other large events. The stadium's location and orientation afford views of the Denver skyline and nearby Rocky Mountains and have made it a prominent civic landmark.
