Mikael Agricola Church

Mikael Agricola Church, located in the vibrant Punavuori district of Helsinki, is a stunning example of Lutheran architecture designed by Lars Sonck. Completed in 1935, this red-brick church features a striking 97-meter tower, which was cleverly designed to retract its spike during wartime to avoid detection by enemy bombers.
