Constructed in 1900, this Georgian Revival style building serves as the administrative center for the village and Lyons Township, while also hosting community events and an American Legion post. Its architectural features include an arched stone entrance with Ionic columns, a decorative balustrade, and distinctive dormers. Recognized for its historical significance, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 30, 1978, making it a noteworthy site for both tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
