Lepanto Building

The Lepanto Building, inaugurated in 1978 and designed by renowned architect Gabriel Formoso, is a prominent 20-storey office structure located in the heart of Makati City along Paseo de Roxas. As one of the earliest buildings in the Makati Central Business District, it was originally intended to house the Philippine headquarters of the Bank of America and the Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company. The building features a unique high-arch design inspired by Spanish architecture, with adobe walls and a column-free interior for optimal office space utilization. It is strategically situated near notable landmarks such as Ayala Triangle Gardens and the Citibank Center, and offers amenities including multiple elevators, a restobar, and a penthouse for events. Current tenants include major companies like Dole, AT&T, and Sodexo Philippines, making it a hub of commercial activity in the area.
