Casartelli Building

The Casartelli Building, originally constructed in 1760 in Liverpool, was a notable grade II* listed structure that served various purposes, including housing a scientific instrument manufacturing business and later a wine warehouse. After years of neglect and deterioration, it was deemed unsalvageable in 2001 and was dismantled. In a remarkable effort to preserve its legacy, an exact replica was built on the same site, completed in 2007, and now operates as Posh Pads, a 31-room apartment hotel, blending historical significance with modern hospitality.
