Discovery Park

Discovery Park is Seattle’s largest city park, encompassing approximately 534 acres on the city’s Magnolia peninsula. The park incorporates the site of the former Fort Lawton and includes forest, meadows, bluffs, and 2.8 miles of saltwater shoreline. It features a network of trails, an environmental learning center, and views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. The park is managed by Seattle Parks and Recreation.
