Longview Women's Clubhouse

The Longview Women's Clubhouse, completed in 1935 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is a historic building located in Longview, Washington. Originally established as the Community Service Club in 1923, it evolved from a social welfare organization to a philanthropic hub, especially during the Great Depression when it was constructed with donations and labor from various sources. Designed by architect George MacPherson in a rustic Carpenter Gothic style, the clubhouse features a unique architectural design with a trussed great meeting room. Today, it serves as a venue for civic events, meetings, and summer camps, making it a significant cultural landmark in the community.
