Central Plaza 1

Central Plaza 1 is a striking 174-meter tall skyscraper located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, designed by the acclaimed Japanese architect Kurokawa Kisho. Completed in 1988, it became a symbol of the Australian Bicentenary and World Expo 88. With 44 floors, it was the tallest building in Brisbane until 2005. The building features a unique rotating window cleaning mechanism and is known for its plush foyers and advanced technology systems, making it one of Australia's most iconic structures. It is part of the Central Plaza Complex, which includes Central Plaza 2 and Central Plaza 3, and is situated in the heart of Brisbane's central business district.
