The Karhusaari Art Centre, originally known as Villa Sinebrychoff, is a stunning Neo-Renaissance wooden villa located in the picturesque Karhusaari area of Espoo, Finland. Built in the 19th century by architect Karl August Wrede, the villa showcases Italian architectural influences and features a unique flat roof with wide eaves. The interior is adorned with exquisite ceiling paintings and artistic decor. Historically significant, the site includes remnants of defense walls from the Crimean War and was once part of a small farm. The villa also gained fame as a filming location for the 1943 melodrama 'Katariina ja Munkkiniemen kreivi'.
