Kenneth Myers Centre

The Kenneth Myers Centre, originally known as the 1YA Building, is a historic Neo-Romanesque structure located on Shortland Street in Auckland, New Zealand. Built between 1934 and 1935 for the first licensed radio station in the country, 1YA, it later transitioned to a television station until 1989. Now owned by the University of Auckland, the building serves as a performing arts center and gallery, showcasing its Art Deco interior and unique architectural features.
