The Old Pathology Building, now known as the Elisabeth Murdoch Building, is a historic educational structure located at the University of Melbourne's Parkville campus. Built in 1885, it showcases early English Gothic architecture and has been a vital part of the university for over a century. Originally designed as a medical school, it housed Australia's first medical school and played a significant role in medical research and education. The building features distinctive lancet arches, buttresses, and a slate-clad roof, making it a notable example of Victorian Academic Gothic design.
