Westbeth Artists Housing

Westbeth Artists Housing is a large artist live-work complex in Manhattan's West Village occupying a converted industrial building. The development opened for artists in 1970 and became one of the country's most prominent long-term residential communities for practicing artists across disciplines. It includes studios, performance and exhibition spaces, and affordable housing aimed at sustaining artistic practice in New York City.
