Lee Farm

Lee Farm is a historic property located in Waterford, Vermont, established in 1801 and recognized for its Greek Revival farmhouse and 19th-century outbuildings. Spanning 187 acres, the farm features a mix of agricultural uses and is easily visible from Vermont Route 18. The farmhouse, built around 1859, served as a local landmark and provided accommodations for travelers. The farmstead is part of a once-thriving rural community, with remnants of its history including a small cemetery from the former village of Stiles Pond. Lee Farm was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, making it an interesting destination for tourists and researchers alike.
