World's Championship Bar-B-Que Contest (part of RodeoHouston)

The World's Championship Bar-B-Que Contest is held on the grounds of NRG Park as a competitive barbecue event associated with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Pit teams compete in categories such as beef, pork and chicken under established judging criteria, and awards include category placements and an overall Grand Champion.
