Hyatt Regency Andares Zapopan

The Hyatt Regency Andares is a striking mixed-use skyscraper located in Zapopan, Guadalajara, Mexico, standing at 173 meters tall with 41 floors. Completed between 2014 and 2017, it is part of a larger urban development plan aimed at revitalizing the Puerta de Hierro neighborhood. Designed by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, the tower features a blend of luxury apartments and a hotel, with the first 12 floors dedicated to hospitality and the upper 28 floors housing residential units. The building is notable for its modern architecture and has received a LEED Golden Certificate for its sustainable design.
