Old North Church steeple and crypt

Christ Church in the City of Boston (Old North Church) is where two lanterns were displayed in April 1775 to signal Paul Revere’s riders about British troop movements. The church contains a crypt and a climbable tower/steeple that are not continuously open to the general public and are typically accessed via guided tours or special programs. Those interior spaces offer a less-visited perspective on a well-known Revolutionary War site.
