88 Nairobi Condominium Tower

The 88 Nairobi Condominium is an ambitious 47-storey luxury residential skyscraper currently under construction in the Upper Hill neighbourhood of Nairobi, Kenya. Once completed, it is set to become the tallest residential building in Sub Saharan Africa. Located on a prime 1-acre plot along Fourth Ngong Avenue, the tower will feature 288 fully furnished luxury condominiums, a range of amenities including a heated indoor swimming pool, a spa, a gym, and multiple dining options. Targeting the 40,000 executives working nearby, the development aims to enhance urban living by reducing commute times. With a construction budget of approximately US$50 million, the project began in 2018 and is now expected to be completed by early 2025.
