Wanamaker Organ in the Wanamaker Building (Macy's Center City)

The Wanamaker Organ, housed in the Wanamaker Building now occupied by Macy's, is one of the largest functioning pipe organs in the world and contains over 28,000 pipes. It was first installed for the 1904 St. Louis Exposition and later reassembled and expanded in Philadelphia, where it has been maintained and played in the store for decades.
